Supper & Snack are FREE for students who participate in the afterschool program LEAP
through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
If your student has a diagnosed food allergy, please complete the following form to receive meal accommodations.
If your student requires a milk substitution, please complete the following form to receive an alternate dairy option.
These forms can be returned to the nutrition office at Del Mar or emailed to kperusse@losd.ca.
What's in a CACFP Meal?
The USDA requires that meals served under CACFP Supper and Snack must meet the following requirements:

At least 2 oz of meat/meat alternative
At least ½ cup of vegetables
At least 1/4 cup of fruit
8 fl oz of milk

USDA Nondiscrimination Statement

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
