About Section 504
Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provides accommodations and modifications to allow students with disabilities, as defined by ADA, to access the general curriculum in school. The District follows all guidelines of ADA and will make reasonable accommodations to any person wishing to take part in any activity associated with the District.

504 Plans are written by a school site team and updated on at least a yearly basis or as the needs for the disability change. Please contact Jennifer Ciervo, Director of Student Services, if you feel your student has a disability as defined under Section 504 of the ADA.
